Students, Find Your Voice on the Economy
What are all the debates are about in the news, on social media, and in politics? Why do we disagree? What do radicals, conservatives, and liberals have to offer as solutions to our country’s problems? Most importantly, what do YOU think we should be doing to move our nation forward? It’s impossible to answer these questions without understanding competing views on economic issues.
The VOTE Program is for you if you care about health care, poverty, the environment, international trade, housing, the federal budget and more. It’s for you if you care about fairness, justice, and liberty; about wealth and prosperity. It’s for you if you want to be part of solving the urgent economic issues that directly impact your life and your future.
No background or experience in economics is necessary. This fun, fascinating, entertaining class will wake you up to what’s going on in the world around you and help you become a passionate advocate for what you believe.
